1. Who we are

The data controller is FACILITY DISTRIB S.R.L., tax ID RO30985167, Trade Register no. J2012001267049, Str. Gheorghe Donici 1 Bis, Bacău, Romania. Contact: office@facilitydistrib.ro, +40 744 386 403. This policy follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Romanian version prevails.

2. What data we collect

Through the invitation request form: your full name (for your badge and access), job title and company (to check eligibility), company tax ID (to validate the company), email and phone (for confirmation and logistics). Through the contact form: your name, company (optional), email, phone (optional) and message.

To protect the forms against automated messages we may use Cloudflare Turnstile, and the IP address of people who send a form is kept briefly, only as a cryptographic hash, to limit submissions.

3. Why we use the data

• to select participants and confirm access (the event is by invitation only);
• to send information about the organisation (programme, venue);
• to reply to messages sent through the contact form.

We do not sell or rent your data.

4. Legal basis

Steps taken at your request before attending and the organisation of the event, our legitimate interest in selecting industry participants and protecting the website, and legal obligations (for example accounting).

5. How long we keep the data

The list of requests and participants is deleted or anonymised after the edition and its follow-up period, except for data needed for invoicing or legal records.

6. Event photos

Photos are taken at the event. A selection may be published on this website and on the event's social media pages. If you appear in a published photo and want it removed, write to office@facilitydistrib.ro and we will remove it.

7. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam check loads only when you start filling in a form.

8. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to office@facilitydistrib.ro; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (dataprotection.ro).
